Payment Terms
We accept the following payments:
- FPS / Cash / PayMe / Bank Transfer
- VISA / Master / AE / Wechat Pay / Alipay
For Consignors:
After the consigned item(s) is sold, PP shall transfer payment to the Consignor’s designated bank account within 24 hours after receiving full payment from buyers.
For Buyers:
Item(s) will not be 'on hold' for any buyers unless we received an initial payment:
- HKD800 for items below HKD10,000
- HKD2,000 for items above HKD10,000
Buyers have to complete the full payment within 72 hours after the initial payment. Or else, the transaction will be considered ineffective, and the initial payment is not refundable.
Return Policy
Unless there is any authentication issue, no return or refund policy after the transaction is completed.
Authenticity
In order to create a fair and trustworthy platform, PP will not tolerate any counterfeits.
Once we found any, PP has 100% right to report the case to customs without any prior notice.
All products sold at PP are guaranteed authentic, and each item will undergo a throughout checking (both the conditions and authenticity) before they are for sale. We are more than happy to go to a third party for an authentication check.
Acceptance and Rejection
PP has the right to reject any items without giving reasons to the Consignor.
Both parties agree on the condition(s), including but not limited to damage(s) and/or deterioration(s) of the consigned item(s)
on the Product Descriptions by signing the Consignment Agreement.
Disclaimer of Rights
PP reserves all rights to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend the terms and conditions from time to time. Should there be any disputes arise, PP reserves the right of final decision.
